At iromaya.com, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably across Malaysia and selected international regions. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.

 Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Courier Partners: We use reliable and partner courier services such as DHL Express, SF Express, or Pos Laju.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days

    • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of RM8 for West Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia & Labuan

International Shipping

  • Availability: Currently available to selected countries. Please contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via Email. You can always check your order tracking number by login to your member email and you can track your parcel directly with the courier website.

Important Notes

  • Delays may occur during festive seasons, sales events, or due to courier service disruptions.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees will apply.
