Return & Exchange Policy

At iROMAYA, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

iROMAYA does not accept refunds for any purchases. However, we offer product exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • All original components, including any detachable or interchangeable parts, must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) must be provided.

3. Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at iromaya@casesyn.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the exchange

  • Clear photos of the item, especially in the case of defects or damage

Upon approval, customers will be required to return the product to our designated address. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • iROMAYA will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer in such approved cases.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or wear

  • Custom, personalized, or limited-edition designs

  • Items marked with any "value purchase/season clearance" at the time of purchase

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no additional cost.
